Route optimisation, starting from the spreadsheet you already have

Tournée GPS turns a list of addresses into the shortest visiting order, computed on the real road network. One flat price for the whole company, no per-vehicle billing. Free 24-hour trial, no credit card.

What it does

You upload an Excel or CSV file of addresses. The tool locates each one, computes the shortest order of visit over the actual road network — not straight-line distance — and hands back three things: an interactive map, the same spreadsheet reordered with the distance and duration of every leg, and a link to send to the driver or technician.

That link opens on any phone, with no account and no app to install. Stops are ticked off as the round progresses, it keeps working when the network drops, and each address keeps a navigation button.

Three main uses: delivery rounds, utility meter reading (grouped street by street, several meters per address), and field service rounds.

What makes it different

Flat pricing29 EUR per month for the whole company, whatever the number of vehicles or drivers. Most competitors bill per vehicle.
Unlimited stops and roundsno tiers, no per-stop surcharge. A round of over 900 points computes in a few minutes.
Real road distancesa ridge or a river between two points that look adjacent on a map is counted as the drive it actually is.
Street groupinghouse numbers on the same street follow each other, instead of being visited on two separate passes.
No file preparationexports from business software go in as they are: no imposed columns, no geocoding to do first.
Offline field appusable on site with no signal.
French-made, French-hostedbilled in euros, data hosted in France.

What it does not do

Stated plainly, because a tool that only lists its strengths is not worth trusting:

No time windowsthe tool computes the shortest order, it does not schedule appointments to the hour. A fixed appointment is handled by setting it as the start or end point.
No proof of deliveryno signature capture, no photo, no barcode scan.
No fleet or driver managementno timesheets, no payroll, no telematics.
The interface is in Frenchthis page is the English description of the product; the application itself has not been translated.

Pricing

29 EUR per month, or 299 EUR per year. One price for the whole company: unlimited rounds, stops and computations, no commitment. A free 24-hour trial starts from an email address, with no credit card.

There is also a free tool that needs no account at all: paste up to twelve addresses on the free route planner and get the order of passage back with a navigation link.

Frequently asked questions

Is the application available in English?

No. The interface, the emails and the support are in French. This page describes the product in English; it is not a translated version of the app.

What file format do I need?

Excel or CSV, one row per stop, with an address column — or two columns of GPS coordinates if you have them. Your other columns are kept and handed back in the reordered file.

How many stops can one round hold?

Several hundred in a single file. A round of more than 900 points computes in a few minutes, with live progress and an estimate of the time left.

Does the driver need an app?

No. They get a web link that works on any phone, with no account, and stays usable when the network drops.

Does it handle delivery time windows?

Not yet. The tool computes the shortest order of visit. A firm appointment is handled by making it the start or the end of the round.

Is there a free version?

Yes, with no account and no card: the free planner orders up to twelve addresses pasted by hand. Beyond twelve you need a file, so the 24-hour trial.
